As it remains safer to come together online, Pathways for Grief and Loss wants to continue to support our community. We didn’t want to let the summer pass by without our annual Caregiver Pampering Day, so we transformed it into an online, multi-day self care learning opportunity. We offered instruction in T’ai Chi Chih, many forms of meditation, an art workshop and hosted author Jane W. Barton for her keynote presentation, Change and Uncertainty – That’s Caregiving!
Volunteers delivered donated care packages to participants of Caregiver Pampering Days.
While it still seems a little strange to offer critical grief support in an online environment, we’re learning how to adapt to our continued need to physically distance. Thank you to everyone who logged on and shared their story. We were honored to care for you.
Our instructors modified their usual class sessions for an hour-long interactive online workshop. We’re thankful to them and our event partners for their flexibility
If you missed our Caregiver Pampering Days, we’ll be showing our appreciation for caregivers in Weld County in September. Keep an eye out for event registration, or email bereavement@pathways-care.org to let us know you’d like to be updated.
