Grateful Remembrance
On Saturday, July 25, 2026, Pathways Hospice welcomed families, friends, and members of our community to our Annual Summer Memorial Service & Butterfly Release.
Together, we paused to remember and celebrate the lives of those who have passed through heartfelt music, words of comfort from our hospice team, and the symbolic release of butterflies in their honor. Following the service, guests gathered for a reception, offering time to connect, share memories, and support one another.
Grief is a journey no one should have to walk alone, and we are grateful to everyone who joined us for this meaningful tradition of remembrance, healing, and hope.
Thank you to all who attended and helped make this year's service so special. We are honored to walk alongside families not only through end-of-life care, but also in the days, months, and years that follow.
