Pathways Office in Greeley Now Open to Serve the Community

Pathways Office in Greeley Now Open to Serve the Community

by in News January 11, 2021

In recent years, Pathways has expanded its hospice and palliative care services in Greeley and Weld County, driving the need for a permanent home in the community. We are excited to announce that the Pathways Greeley office is open!

Pathways purchased the building at 4075 W. 11th St. about a year ago and renovated the space throughout 2020. This new office will provide a larger space for Pathways staff who provide care in Weld County. The building also has dedicated areas for grief and loss counseling services.

There is a large community space on the second level where – when it is safe to do so – Pathways staff will offer education programs on issues such as advanced illness, end-of-life care, and grief and loss.

A virtual ribbon cutting ceremony with the Greeley Chamber of Commerce is planned for Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 5:30 p.m. We are excited to provide this building and our services to more families in the community!
