Winter Memorial Service

Please join us as we help community members honor and remember lost loved ones in a special memorial service. The memorial service will include a memory slideshow. Photos for the slide show should be submitted to Becky Thoren. They can be dropped off or sent via email to becky.thoren@pathways-care.org. Please include name, date of birth and date of death. Photos will be returned. The memorial service will be followed by a reception to allow Pathways staff to interact with participants. For more information email tammy.brannen-smith@pathways-care.org.
