Pathways Joins Weld County Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Pathways was proud to participate in the Weld County Walk to End Alzheimer’s this past Saturday, joining community members, families, caregivers and supporters for a meaningful day of awareness, connection and hope.
Alzheimer’s disease affects millions of people and touches the lives of countless families and caregivers. Events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s provide an opportunity to come together, raise awareness and show support for everyone whose lives have been impacted by the disease.
For Pathways, participating in events like this is an important part of being an active member of the communities we serve. Our work is centered on supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments, and we are grateful for opportunities to connect with others who share that commitment to compassionate care and community support.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Weld County Walk to End Alzheimer’s, including the organizers, volunteers, walkers, donors and community members who helped make the event possible.
We’re grateful to have been part of the day. Here are a few photos from the event!
