Pathways Connects with the Greeley Community at Birchwood Manor Wellness Fair
At Pathways, we believe that being part of the community means more than providing care. It means showing up, building relationships and making sure people know about the resources available to them.
Today, Pathways team members Natalie Petersen and Lara Hanes joined Pathways PACE Community Liaison Jill Cross at the Birchwood Manor Wellness Fair in Greeley. The team hosted an information table, connecting with residents and community members and sharing information about Pathways.
Community wellness fairs provide an important opportunity to connect face-to-face with older adults, families and community partners. They also give our team the chance to answer questions and help people better understand the services and support available through Pathways.
We’re grateful to Birchwood Manor for welcoming Pathways to today’s Wellness Fair and for creating opportunities to promote health and wellness in the Greeley community.
For Pathways, community connection is an important part of compassionate care. We look forward to continuing to get out, meet our neighbors and connect people with the resources they need.
