Pathways Family Assistance Fund
The Family Assistance Fund provides support to patients and families experiencing financial challenges during times of serious illness. This resource helps ensure that individuals receive the care and services they need regardless of their financial circumstances.

Dream Quilter’s Project
Through the Dream Quilter’s Project, volunteers create beautiful handmade quilts that provide comfort, warmth, and a lasting reminder of compassion for hospice patients and their loved ones.

For more than two decades, A Vintage Affair has brought the community together in support of Pathways’ mission to provide compassionate care and support for those navigating serious illness, grief, and loss.
