Creative Coping – February (FULL)

This four-week art-based group will explore your unique journey through grief while connecting to others. An Evening of Remembrance Winter Memorial Service

February 11 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm MST

The community is invited for an evening of remembering loved ones. The service will include a slide show honoring loved ones, a message from a hospice staff member and special rituals of remembrance. Circles of Hope: Families Growing through Grief

All skill levels are welcome. Monthly projects and supplies are provided, and participants may also bring their own projects with supplies. Completed projects can be donated to Pathways Hospice patients and families. Group meets the third Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m.-noon.

Larimer Volunteer Training

Volunteers are the heart of Pathways. We rely on volunteers to help us with companionship, caregiver relief, grief support, in the library, and much more. All volunteers are required to attend this two day training before they are permitted to work with clients. This training for Larimer County is on July 15 & 16 from 8 am- 4:30 pm.
