Newly Bereaved Support Group – April (3 Sessions)

This group focuses on surviving the early days of loss and is geared toward grieving persons in the first six months of grief. Registration required. $30 fee for group; no cost for Pathways Hospice family members. April group meets April 4, 11, 18 from 3:30-5 p.m. The cost includes all of these dates. Register here

Caregiver Community Group

Caring for an ill loved one is one of the hardest jobs in the world. Join us to build strength through support and connection with others in similar situations. This group is facilitated by social workers and counselors from Associates in Family Medicine and Pathways. No cost to attend, registration is encouraged but not required. Healing HeARTs: Creative Self-Care Art Group

May 21 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm MDT

This group is for adults grieving or coping with serious illness and would like to create more self-care in their lives. You will learn how to utilize art to increase your confidence with self-care. All skill levels are welcome. Monthly projects and supplies are provided, and participants may also bring their own projects with supplies. Completed projects can be donated to Pathways Hospice patients and families. Group meets the third Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m.-noon.
