Development Program

Maybe you have experienced first-hand how uplifting hospice support can be, even at a time when you’ve felt the deepest despair about losing a loved one or friend. Or perhaps your connection came after a sudden or unexpected loss when you found strength through one of Pathways grief support groups. However the link was made, you understand the incredible difference Pathways makes in the lives of so many families in this community when they are facing their most challenging days.

That’s where Pathways’ Development Program has an impact. Regular and consistent efforts with existing and potential donors can help bridge the gap between Medicare reimbursements, even out the ups and downs of expenses and revenues, and provide funding for future services and programs. Securing regular charitable donations helps Pathways provide services to all in need, regardless of financial status, and relies on your gifts to fill this gap. All nonprofits in this economic climate must also manage resources wisely. This enables us to prioritize providing compassionate care above an individual’s ability to pay in operating a cost-conscious and fiscally responsible agency.

All gifts to Pathways are used within its four-city service areas-Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor, and Greeley, and surrounding communities – to support the needs of local families. For nearly 40 years, Pathways has been committed to the highest of ethical standards in accepting and stewarding gifts. We work diligently to control the costs of fundraising so that your gift can be used where it’s needed — in support of patients and their loved ones.

Gratitude recognized through development efforts helps Pathways accomplish its mission and donors are recognized with thoughtfulness and celebration.
