Join a team of compassionate, caring professionals as we provide hospice care to patients and families.

We are a non-profit hospice serving Northern Colorado communities including Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Greeley. We provide excellent patient care and comprehensive grief support to patients and families.

Clinical Positions

* Float RN – 32 hrs/wk
* Float RN - 24 hrs/wk

Shifts to include working some evenings, weekends, and may include night on-call shifts.

Job Description>>

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Current Colorado RN License
• 2 years of general nursing experience
• BSN preferred
• Understanding of Hospice philosophy
• Hospice and/or Homecare experience preferred

Administrative Positions

Access Coordinator - 40 hrs/wk

The Access Coordinator provides timely and professional response to incoming calls related to all clinical programs including, but not limited to, Hospice, Palliative Consultation and Kaiser Special Services referrals. Schedules and coordinates patient information and admission visits, assists with clinical records and works with confidential information. Provides excellent customer service primarily through phone contact with referral sources, patients and families.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Hospice experience and intake experience utilizing electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task required.
• Two (2) years customer service experience, proficient in Word, Outlook & Excel required.

Executive Assistant – 20 hrs/wk

Executive Assistant to the CEO of a non-profit corporation. Provides direct administrative support to CEO and Board of Directors. Prepares reports, meeting minutes, materials, mailings, etc. Attends board and committee meetings with some evenings required.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and word processing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through, keep appropriate personnel informed and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Three (3) years relevant work experience; Associates degree or higher preferred.
